The Inboard Movement is a referral program that rewards you for showing off your Inboard M1.
You earn $100 cash for each unique M1 purchase you refer to our site when your friend uses your personalized link.
Once your referral has received their M1 and owned it for 31 days, Inboard will process your reward through Paypal.
That’s right. You’re not a salesman, you’re showing off your M1 and telling your friends about it. You’re probably doing this already, might as well be rewarded for it.
We’ve been getting stopped everytime we ride the M1, whether it's in Santa Cruz, Berlin, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Singapore, or Sydney. As an M1 owner you love your M1 and you’re damn proud of it, you’re going to get stopped too so we want to reward you for spreading the word about the M1.
No, it's your M1, and you should only do what you feel comfortable doing.
Your safety and your property is your responsibility. Inboard can’t take responsibility and will not replace a stolen M1. Be smart and be safe whenever riding your M1 or showing your M1 to someone else. We recommend always using common sense, and always doing demos in a well-lit, safe public space.
Your safety and the safety of the people that ride your M1 is your own responsibility. Always ride with a helmet, and always ride in a safe place away from vehicle traffic. Never ride at a speed beyond your skill level.
Yes, you can use the cash you get from the Inboard Movement to purchase an M1.
Thanks for your interest, but at this point we’re not sending out free M1’s. You can still sign-up for the Inboard Movement and earn from referrals. So go ahead and sign up now.
We’re excited to welcome all college students to the Inboard Movement. Please follow all applicable rules with your college and local government whenever offering test rides of your Inboard M1. In the near future we'll be coordinating with college students to get additional support and buzz from Inboard.

If you got the email from us, and you’re based in the US, then you’re in! That special code in your email is your key to access the trial.
Easy- just head to checkout with your M1, and use the access code found in your email from us. Then just checkout as normal, and make sure to mark the 100-Day Deadline in your calendar!
Unfortunately not; once a loan is opened, your M1 is no longer eligible for a refund.
We’ll treat damage as we would with the typical M1 warranty; minor wear and tear is acceptable, but any severe damage to the board, including to the wheels, motor, or the deck itself, will void your eligibility for a refund.
If something’s up with your board, please let us know at email@example.com and we’ll get you taken care of. Boards purchased with the 100-Day Trial are covered by our 1-Year limited warranty, which applies only to manufacturing defects. Well, nothing really! If you’re still enjoying your M1, then it’s all yours. You’ll no longer be able to return the board for a full refund, but you will remain covered by the remaining 265-ish days of the 1-Year Warranty.
If you decide that it’s not for you at anytime within 100 days, just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll facilitate your return. As long as the board is in acceptable condition, you’ll get 100% of your money back, no questions asked!
